The hotel’s colonial-style restaurant serves all-day Lao and French-inspired dishes prepared using local produce, while relaxed fare can be enjoyed alfresco on the pool terrace. Decadent afternoon teas are laid out in the sun-filled library and the Lounge Bar is a great spot for sunset cocktails. Guests can also learn how to prepare Lao cuisine for themselves, buying ingredients from a local market before taking a cookery class back at the hotel.
