After realising the heating equipment available locally wasn’t right for their show in Svalbard, our client got in touch with our logistics experts at ACS Time Critical to get alternative equipment urgently delivered to the remote Norwegian archipelago from Germany. Svalbard is tricky to get to, with only one flight there a day from mainland Europe, so our team had to work quickly to work out a solution.

Working swiftly to revise the solution, our team re-routed the courier to Copenhagen to catch a different flight to Tromsø for the connection to Svalbard. The cargo was delivered in good time, allowing the show to go ahead as planned.
