Back in 2022, while sailing on a Caribbean cruise, a client got in touch with us after realising he had a problem with his medication and needed our help arranging an urgent replacement. Navigating visa restrictions, Covid-19 testing requirements and time restraints, we got to work on delivering the life-saving treatment as quickly as possible.

We received the inquiry in the evening and sent the client a quote for an onboard courier solution within just 20 minutes, aiming to deliver the medication as quickly as possible.
Our team worked around the clock, checking the eligibility of our global database of onboard couriers against compliance rules and Covid-19 visa restrictions. Despite restrictions meaning only non-Americans could fly, we made it work by sourcing a German courier on our list in Orlando.
After finding a Covid-19 testing centre willing to stay open after-hours, our flyer undertook the three-hour drive from Portland to Seattle, before catching a midnight flight to Miami and another to where the cruise ship was docked in Havana, Cuba. Due to our quick planning, the client had his medication by noon and could continue on the cruise.
