Our team in Beijing was contacted at 11pm on a Saturday night to help transport a patient in need of critical medical care to a hospital in Hong Kong. With no commercial flights available at such short notice, a last-minute aircraft charter was the fastest solution for this urgent request. The patient was travelling by stretcher and reliant on an oxygen tank, so we needed to source an aircraft with specialist medical equipment.

A member of our team accompanied the client and their flying companion to the airport in an ambulance, helping both passengers to check-in and board the flight.
